Azhar Construction Inc. successfully resolved severe water intrusion issues that were affecting both residential apartments and balconies.
The project involved the installation of a Siplast waterproofing sealed system designed to eliminate water penetration and provide long-term protection. In addition, new SBS bitumen flat roofs with a 20-year warranty were installed, ensuring durability and reliability.
The façade cladding was reinstalled due to deficiencies from previous work, restoring compliance and enhancing structural integrity. The roof and bulkhead areas were also thoroughly addressed to ensure the building envelope was completely sealed.
This project effectively eliminated all water intrusion complaints, providing residents with a safe and protected living environment.
