Azhar Construction Inc. successfully completed the façade restoration of a landmark building located at The primary objective of this project was to restore and strengthen the building’s exterior while ensuring long-term durability and protection.
The scope of work included comprehensive façade and stone repairs, along with the demolition and reconstruction of deteriorated parapets and backup walls. New structural parapet walls were constructed to enhance the building’s stability and safety.
In addition, aluminum flashing systems and advanced counter-waterproofing solutions were installed to properly seal and protect the building envelope. Detailed roof waterproofing, including copings and counter-flashings, was also completed to prevent any future water damage.
Additional work included first-floor window restoration, cornice and stone element repairs, protective façade coatings, and roof surface patching. These improvements not only enhanced the building’s appearance but also significantly extended its lifespan.
