Azhar Construction Inc. served as General Contractor for this detailed renovation
project in a landmark building. The existing prep room, cellar, and sub-cellar had lost
their structural integrity, requiring removal of deteriorated slabs and installation of
new concrete slabs. Extensive ceiling demolition and repair was performed, along with
the construction of three new walls to replace areas that had completely failed. The
scope also included new metal framing, bathroom, kitchen, and storage areas built on
a wooden deck, finished with complete painting and renovation. The project delivered
a fully restored and upgraded Dunkin’ Donuts store with a new prep room and
modernized facilities, combining both renovation and new construction elements.
