This project addressed serious water intrusion issues that had been
affecting residents through both the apartments and balconies. Azhar
Construction Inc. performed a complete Siplast waterproofing sealed
system to eliminate water penetration and installed new 20-year
warranted SBS bitumen flat roofs. The façade cladding was reinstalled
due to deficiencies from prior work, restoring compliance and long-term
protection. Additional scope included comprehensive roof and bulkhead
work, fully enclosing the building envelope and ensuring no further water
intrusion complaints. This is a successfully completed project by Azhar
Construction Inc
