This project was a landmark rehabilitation involving façade
restoration, old stone repair, and detailed cornice restoration. The
scope included installation of supporting metal rods to reinforce
the existing historic structure, ensuring stability and preservation.
In addition, the work covered roof waterproofing to protect the
building envelope and extend its service life. This is a successfully
completed project by Azhar Construction Inc.
