building that was experiencing significant waterproofing failures
and roof leaks. The scope of work included rebuilding deteriorated
parapets, installation of new metal capping, and performing
detailed roof and façade waterproofing measures. Specialized
protective coatings were applied throughout the structure to
enhance durability and ensure long-term performance. This is a
