This ongoing project includes comprehensive façade restoration along
with the repair and rehabilitation of 60 balconies, featuring the
installation of new roofing systems on all balconies. The scope of work
covers structural deterioration, replacement of corroded components,
and exterior finishing upgrades in accordance with the approved drawings.
The work involves all side balconies of the building — north, south, east,
and west elevations. This is an active project being carried out by Azhar
